We are a part of a bigger team of professionals: architects, junior architects, interior designers, and engineers that aims to deliver integrated and hands-on design services for reasonable fees.
The core of our work is client-centered design service. We aim to offer every client the best version of their vision.

OUR DESIGN TEAM
Architect Joshua earned his degree from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas in 2008 where he also worked as project designer. During that time, he assisted some local architects in design and drawing production. He gained experience in the interior design office of Atelier Almario, working as project architect and later licensed architect for hotel and residential projects in 2010.
Today, he engages in freelance work handling residential and commercial architectural and interior design projects. His passion for residential architecture, interiors pieces, and art led him to pursue a masters degree in fine arts and design in Philippine Women's University.
Architectural Project Managers
Our Associate Architect, Marlo, is a diploma and degree holder of Architecture Technology and BS in Architecture from the Technological University of the Philippines and Cavite State University, respectively. His love for Expressionism in art leads to his philosophy that architecture has to do with one's feelings and sense of space. He obtained his architect's license in 2025.
Our Second Associate Architect, Ace comes from National University - Manila. His training in space planning and eagerness for career-improvement proves most useful in handling residential and office design projects. He gained his license in 2026.
Frenz graduated from De La Salle University - Dasmarinas with a degree in BS Architecture focus on Construction Management. He is passionate in transforming residential spaces through blending creativity and functionality.
Guiman is a graduate of De La Salle University - Dasmariñas with a degree in BS Architecture specialization in Construction Management. Integrating sustainable and green principles balanced with innovative aesthetics inspires his designs.
Driven by a passion for exploration, Nichole has a deep curiosity for design potentials in architecture. Nichole graduated BS in Architecture from Lyceum of the Philippines University - Cavite.
Angelika is a BS Architecture graduate from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, specializing in construction management. She is passionate about harmony between people and nature, believing this is the essence of good design.
Rhiz holds a bachelor degree in architecture, specializing in Construction Management, from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas. He is passionate about designing with purpose to enhance the quality of life.
OUR PROFESSIONAL PARTNERS
Partner Architects
Architect Carl earned his degree from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas in 2018 and gained experience from working with Ar. Heray, JRSSJ Architect, Aidea, and Vistaland. He now works as Design Manager at VM Constrack.
Architect Gelo is also from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas. He earned his Architect License in 2019 and a Master Plumber License in 2020. He is now working on project management.
An alumni of University of San Carlos in Cebu, Architect Riza earned her license in 2020 after working with Architects Servida and JRSSJ.
Mike Angelo Escutin
Architect Mike is from Cavite State University. His music and design projects shows his love for creative work. He is now a partner architect working with us through his own design-build company, Empire Builders.
Partner Designers
After earning her degree from University of the Philippines Diliman and interior design license, Idr. Mazen was able to work in Singapore and other international design companies based in Manila such as Emesae and HBA focused on hospitality projects. She is also engaged in accessory design and is the proponent of Badass Artisan. Her work now involves design consultancy for Archipelago Home.
Idr. Kath is a graduate of University of Sto. Thomas and a board topnotcher. She has worked in the design offices of John Gabrielle Basbas, Arlen De Guzman, and Atelier Almario, where she was involved in residential interior projects; some of which have been featured in magazines. She is the principal interior designer of her own practice, together with her husband, Arch. Vicenscio.
Partner Engineers
Engr. JC is a double degree and triple license holder: both a civil and sanitary engineer, and master plumber. His background is in housing development and water services as head of technical management. He is currently the principal engineer for F1rst Asia Engineering Corp.
A mechanical engineer by trade from De la Salle University - Dasmariñas and proponent of NEXA Engineering.
An Electronics and Communication Engineer, a decorated academe, and a businessman, Dean Rizaldy De Armas
Engr. Nelson's expertise is in structural and geotechnical engineering. His experiences in engineering consultancy of R.S. Ison and Associates, Fluor Philippines, and Hyder gave him an edge in structural designing of low-rise and high-rise developments. He is currently the president of Ivory Builders.
